Israel begins the displacement of residents in East Khan Yunis

On the 269th day of the aggression on Gaza, the Israeli occupation army announced the beginning of the displacement of residents from the East Khan Yunis area after approximately 20 rockets were launched from the region towards the Gaza envelope.

This comes at a time when the Israeli occupation continues its air raids and artillery shelling on various areas in the sector, leading to the martyrdom and injury of Palestinians, amidst escalating battles for the fifth consecutive day in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in eastern Gaza.

On the ground, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced that they had inflicted casualties on an Israeli force, including dead and wounded, sniped a soldier, and targeted two tanks. They also broadcasted images showing their fighters confronting Israeli operations in Shuja'iyya.

Politically, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel is nearing the end of the phase to eliminate Hamas' military capabilities and will continue to destroy its remaining armed elements.
